Shipping Information

At this time, only one shipping option, USPS Ground Advantage is available. All orders are process in 1-2 business days. If an order is recieved between 5 PM, Friday and 8 AM Monday, the order will not be processed or shipped until after 8 AM Monday or Tuesday.

Once the order is dropped off at a USPS center, a tracking number will be sent out. ZBG is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The USPS is an independent organization where ZBG has no power.

At this time, shipping prices are high because this is a small business that is unable to wrap shipping prices into other costs. Most single orders of a sweatshirt or a t-shirt will not exceed 1 lb.

Pick-Up Information

Customers local to PVD are encouraged to choose the pick-up/drop off option. Only customers who live within Providence lines are eligible for drop off. Customers who choose these options are responsible to email zoebarbanogrinder@gmail.com to arrange a time. Items bought and not picked up/arranged drop-off within 2 weeks of purchase will be returned to the website without refund.

Returns & Exchanges

There are no returns or exchanges.

All pieces are one of a kind, made from deadstock, and vintage fabrics. Often these are made of a variety of materials, and only a best possible guess of the fiber content is possible. Please email zoebarbanogrinder@gmail.com with questions about material.

All clothing items are also one of a kind. Please consult the flat measurements, and not the fast fashion size when deciding if a piece is right for you. Please email zoebarbanogrinder@gmail.com with questions about sizing.
